Blacks Catering is a Caterer based in Beaconsfield, we serve Bucks, Berks, Oxon, specialising in private dinning, canape and dinner parties. We serve fine food cooked in your home, using free range local produce, and always for exceptional value.
Our Ethos
The art of cooking lies in elevating to excellence the simplest ingredients
Today there is a lot of talk about seasonality and the use of fresh local produce, but what does this mean to us as caterers. We fervently believe in sourcing ingredients that have been grown, raised or caught in the wild using only the most humane and conscientious practices. Importantly the people who grow the fruits and vegetables, or rear the cattle and sheep we use have done so with the same passion and care that we put into creating, cooking and serving them.
This results in you, the client tasting that care and passion within all of our food.
It’s also important that these ingredients don’t go through a laborious journey across Europe or farther a field, so we use the best from our local environment, this obviously means using foods grown naturally and when they are at their seasonal best.
Prior to starting Blacks Catering Stephen Black, worked in fine dining restaurants in and around London, including the Complete Angler in Marlow Buckinghamshire, Collets Restaurant at the Grove hotel in Hertfordshire, The Artichoke, Amersham Buckinghamshire. Because of his background and experience in established kitchens and the insight into working in developing environments, he has a unique perspective on creating dishes and a real drive to deliver perfection in everything he cooks.
